Limited Duration Contract Planning to fill in gaps in Planning Department Staffing while backfilling a position or just need additional help to meet legal deadlines in addition to providing excellent customer service.
Entitlements
If a project needs an entitlement, from the Planning Commission, Historic Preservation Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, or the many variants available. We can apply on your behalf and act as an intermediary and present to the Board or Commission.
Historic Preservation
Our historic preservation focuses on design review with local Historic Preservation Boards. We also offer local historic nomination and National Register nomination services.
Digital Plan Review
Digital Plan Review utilizing robust Adobe Acrobat or Blue Beam to ensure compliance with applicable planning, historic preservation, and/or zoning regulations.
Zoning Code Development
We can assist in preparing revisions or creating new regulations.
Policy Development
We can assist in preparing revisions or creating new policies for departmental policies and regulation policies to ensure an efficient program and reduce conflicts.
